Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Queued application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including users who are also contributors of content, information, and other materials or services.
2. Description of Service
Queued is a mobile application that enables developers to queue software development tasks and delegate them to autonomous AI coding agents. The Service integrates with GitHub to read repository contents, create branches, and open pull requests.
The Service may operate using AI models provided by third-party providers including Anthropic and OpenAI. By using the Service, you acknowledge that AI-generated code may contain errors, vulnerabilities, or unintended behaviour, and you are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated output before merging it into your codebase.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account and connect a GitHub personal access token with at least 'repo' and 'read:user' scopes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
4. API Keys and Billing
BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) tiers: When you provide your own Anthropic or OpenAI API key, you are subject to those providers' usage policies and billing terms. Queued is not responsible for charges incurred on your API key.
Platform credit tiers: Subscriptions are billed monthly through the App Store or Google Play. Platform tokens are allocated at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Unused tokens expire at the end of the billing period.
Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app store through which you purchased the subscription. We do not process refunds directly.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- —Generate code intended to harm, exploit, or perform unauthorised access to any system
- —Violate any applicable law or regulation
- —Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
- —Transmit malware, viruses, or any other malicious code
- —Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- —Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service in an automated manner
6. Intellectual Property
You retain all ownership of your source code, repositories, and task descriptions. By using the Service, you grant Queued a limited, non-exclusive licence to access, clone, and interact with your repositories solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
AI-generated code produced by the Service is provided to you under the same licence as your existing codebase, subject to any licence terms of the AI model providers.
The Queued name, logo, and application design are the intellectual property of Queued. You may not use these without prior written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. QUEUED DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
AI-generated code is experimental in nature. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all AI output before deploying it to any environment. Queued accepts no liability for bugs, security vulnerabilities, data loss, or any other damage caused by AI-generated code.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, QUEUED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Queued's total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Queued in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the application and revoking the GitHub token. Queued may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or that Queued deems harmful to other users, the Service, or third parties.
10. Changes to Terms
Queued reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Queued is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
