Queued

How it works

A queue that lives on their phone, not in your doorway.

Watch the whole thing: a guest joins The Brass Fig, walks down from sixth to first, and gets called. The board beside them is what the room sees.

How it works

Three steps, and the third one is tapping a button.

No hardware, no buzzers to lose, no integration project. If you can print a page you can run a queue this afternoon.

  1. 01Print the QR

Make a queue, pick your colours, print the poster. It takes about four minutes and it is the only setup there is.

Door · counter · table tent

  2. 02Guests scan and join

They point a phone at it, type a name and a party size, and they are in with a number. No app, no account, no queue at the queue.

    Average join: 20 seconds

  3. 03Call them by email

When a table, a chair or a room frees up, tap Call. Their phone updates and an email lands. They come back from wherever they went.

Called → seated in one tap

One ticket, start to finish

What happens to number 042.

Five states, and four of them are a single tap. There is no other path through the product, which is the point.

  1. 00:00

    Joined

The guest scans, fills in the short form you designed and gets number 042. An email confirms it with a link to their live status page.

  2. 00:01

    Waiting

Your board shows them with a running clock. Their phone shows the people ahead and an estimate from your own service times — not a guess we invented.

  3. 00:23

    Called

You tap Call. Their page turns orange, their phone buzzes, and the email lands. If they miss it, one tap re-calls them.

  4. 00:26

    Seated

Tap Seat and they leave the board. If they never showed, No-show — and after the minutes you choose, Queued does that for you.

  5. Nightly

    Counted

Joined, served, no-shows, average wait and your busiest hours roll into the analytics, and a summary email lands at closing time if you want one.

Start this afternoon

It takes about four minutes to set up.

Name the queue, pick your colours, print the poster. That is the whole of the onboarding, and the free plan carries it for as long as you like.
