Nothing here is a roadmap item. Plan gates are marked; everything unmarked is on the free plan.

01

A live board your whole team can work from

Everyone waiting, in order, with how long they have been there and what they asked for. Call, seat, no-show or remove in one tap. It updates itself on every device at the host stand, behind the bar and in the kitchen, so two people can work the same queue without talking over each other.

02

A guest page that looks like you, not like us

Pro

The page a guest lands on after scanning is yours: logo, colours, font, corner radius and the exact words on the button. Guests see their number, their position, the people ahead and an honest estimate — and it keeps itself up to date while they wander off.

03

Menus and offers while they wait

Pro

Attach a menu, a drinks list, an offer, your Instagram or the wifi password to the waiting screen. Ten minutes of a guest's attention is worth more than the ten minutes they spent standing in a doorway, and this is the one part of queueing that can pay for itself.

04

QR codes and posters you can actually print

Every queue gets its own short link and a QR code in your colours, with your logo in the middle. Download it as SVG or PNG, or print a poster straight from the browser in A4, A5 or table-tent — headline, subtitle and all.

05

Numbers that answer a rota question

Pro

How many people joined, how many you served, how many walked, the average wait, and the hours you are genuinely busy — by day, by week, by queue. It is the evidence for putting a second person on at seven rather than at five.

06

Your team, with the right amount of access

Pro

Invite the people who run the door. Staff work the board; managers change the settings; owners hold the account. Nobody has to share a login or a phone.

07

Kiosk and display modes for the room

Business

Kiosk mode turns a spare tablet into a self-service join point that resets itself after every guest. Display mode puts a split-flap 'now serving' board on a TV with a QR to join in the corner — the thing people look up at instead of asking.

08

Nothing to install, for anyone

Guests scan and type their name — no download, no account, no app store detour at the exact moment they are deciding whether to bother. You run the queue in a browser on whatever is already on the counter.

What your guests see

Your name on it, not ours.

Colours, logo, typeface and wording are yours. On the free plan guests see the Queued defaults and a small badge; everything you set is still saved, and upgrading reveals it instantly.
