Prices exclude VAT where it applies. Billing is handled by Polar, our merchant of record, so invoices and tax are theirs to get right. Changing plan takes effect immediately and we pro-rate the difference. For Schools is a separate product from the Free/Pro/ Business waitlist plans above — it runs school and club sports sign-ups rather than a walk-in queue, and the two don't share a trial or a subscription. Pricing questions

What you actually pay for.

Is there a free plan?
Yes — Free includes one queue and up to 50 joins a day, with a small Queued badge on the guest page. No card required to start.
What's the difference between Pro and Business?
Pro (£29/mo) covers unlimited queues, custom branding, menus & adverts, analytics and team members, with no badge. Business (£79/mo) adds multi-location support, kiosk & display modes, CSV export and priority support.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade whenever you like from your account's billing settings. Changes take effect from your next billing cycle.
What happens if I go over 50 joins a day on the free plan?
New joins are paused for the rest of your local day once you hit the limit; guests already in the queue aren't affected. Upgrading to Pro removes the limit immediately.
Do you offer a discount for multiple locations?
Business is built for multi-location organisations under one account. Get in touch at [email protected] if you're weighing options for a larger estate.
Do you take a cut of anything we charge guests?
No — Queued charges a flat monthly subscription. We don't process payments between you and your guests, and we don't take a percentage of anything.
Is Queued Clubs the same plan as Free, Pro or Business?
No — Queued Clubs (For Schools) is a separate product for school and club sports sign-ups, not the walk-in waitlist. Like everything else, it's free for everyone for a limited time; you can run both if you need a walk-in queue and a club. See Queued Clubs for details.
